Public offerings

To make an offering public, find the offerings on the edit offerings tab. Expand the more menu and click "configure sharing."

In the sharing configuration menu there is a checkbox to make the offering public.

In order to control the visibility of these new public offerings, there is a show public offerings check on both the edit offerings tab and manage roster tab.
