Restart my Chomebook

A restart on a Chromebook tends to solve most issues. It is best to complete this process by first plugging your Chromebook into its power cord, even if it was charged recently. Once plugged in, press both the Power and Reload buttons (see above for example) at the same time. It should restart your device.

Common issues that can be fixed by a restart

1. The device will not turn on.
2. Slowness
3. Unable to connect to the WiFi
4. Frozen screen
5. Hardware malfunction (example: only some keys are working)
